James Bailey
James is a Chartered Engineer based in our Reading office, with over 20 years experience in transport planning, traffic and highway engineering. He has worked on a wide range of public and private sector projects, from feasibility and planning, right the way through to detailed design.
He has undertaken area-wide traffic studies, prepared Transport Assessments and Travel Plans, designed large highway schemes, public realm schemes, traffic calming, walking and cycling improvements, as well as overseen development infrastructure design.
James has a particular interest in sustainable transport, inclusive mobility and road safety issues, particularly with regard to active travel planning and design.
