Lewis is a development planning consultant based in the Manchester office. He has over 9 years’ experience within sector and has experience in both public and private sector projects. Lewis specialises in development planning, traffic modelling and highway design. He also has experience in the preparation of Travel Plans, Transport Assessments and Transport Statements. Lewis is passionate about being able to provide streets for all, to ensure the highway network is both sustainable and accessible for all of its users.
