Richard Ellam
Richard has over 27 years’ experience in development and transport planning for both the public and private sector. He brings particular expertise in all aspects of transport/highways associated with new development. This includes the preparation of Transport Assessments in support of new planning applications, feasibility and access studies, masterplanning and generally promoting new development through the planning process. He has also appeared as an expert witness experience at planning inquiries, appeals and core strategy examinations.
He has extensive experience in the delivery a wide variety of transport schemes for Local Authorities right from inception to construction, including active travel schemes, new rail stations, major highway schemes, Park and Rides and many others.
