David Tingay
David has almost 30 years’ experience in traffic engineering and transport planning, including detailed highway design in his early career. He was a founding director of Key Transport Consultants Ltd, which was acquired by PJA in 2025.
He has worked on a wide range of projects, mainly in Bristol and the South-West, including solar sites, student accommodation, warehousing and distribution buildings as well as office and residential schemes of varying scales from single dwellings to large residential buildings and developments. More interesting projects include supporting the planning applications for several fire stations, as well as training facilities for both Bristol Bears and Bristol City Football Club.
