PJA provided technical expertise and facilitated a workshop with BCC, High Speed Rail 2 (HS2), Traffic for West Midlands (TFWM), West Midlands Rail Executive (WMRE), West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) and Midlands Metro Alliance (MMA).
The project included senior level engagement with each stakeholder, addressing issues around public realm, pedestrian safety and incorporating the needs of bus operators, taxi ranks, rail users and Midlands Metro infrastructure.
