We’re delighted to have helped secure planning permission for 195 new homes on North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College’s Nuneaton campus.
Permission was granted by the Planning Inspector on 9th November, following a successful appeal hearing in September which we attended.
PJA prepared a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for the application which included:
- evidence of how safe and suitable access arrangements can be achieved
- traffic modelling establishing the impact of the development
- justification of the appropriate level of car parking provision to serve the college series of measures to encourage the uptake of sustainable travel amongst college students.
