Peter Constantinou

Peter joined the PJA Graduate Development Programme in May 2026 and is based in our Reading office.

He graduated from the University of Sheffield with an MEng in Energy and Sustainability Engineering, where he developed a strong understanding of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS). Peter’s dissertation focused on assessing the use of a retention pond to reduce on-track flooding for Network Rail at a site in Scotland. This involved hydrological modelling using SWMM, as well as undertaking a whole-life cost analysis.
