PJA Joint Managing Director Nigel Millington has been elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT), recognising his significant contribution to the transport planning profession and wider industry. 

CIHT Fellowship is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated leadership, professional excellence and a commitment to advancing the highways and transportation sector. 

Nigel has worked in transport planning for nearly 30 years and has played a key role in delivering complex development and infrastructure projects across the UK. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to promoting sustainable transport solutions and supporting the next generation of professionals within the industry. 

Speaking about the Fellowship, Nigel said: 

“It’s a real honour to be recognised by the CIHT with Fellowship status. I’ve always been passionate about the positive role transport planning can play in shaping places and communities, and I’m proud to have spent my career working alongside talented colleagues and clients across the sector.”
