Amanda Baker
Amanda Baker is an experienced ecologist with more than 24 years’ experience in ecology and environmental consultancy. She has led ecological work across major infrastructure, flood risk management and development projects throughout the UK, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and sustainable solutions.
Amanda is a Chartered Environmentalist and Full Member of CIEEM, with expertise in ecological impact assessment, protected species, habitat management, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG), and Ecological and Environmental Clerk of Works services. She has particular expertise in riparian ecology and protected species and holds a Natural England licence for great crested newt surveys.
At PJA, Amanda works across the Nature team, integrating ecological expertise into transport, infrastructure and placemaking projects.
