Andrew Rawlings
Andrew is a Director based in the Cambridge office with over 25 years’ experience in civil engineering, working across public and private sectors. He specialises in large-scale masterplans, advising on infrastructure strategy including highways, drainage, utilities and flood risk.
Andrew works closely with clients and local authorities at early planning stages, helping shape development proposals. He leads multi-disciplinary teams delivering engineering, environmental and transport planning services, and is experienced in presenting technical solutions to a wide range of stakeholders.
