Andy Smith
Andy has over 20 years experience specialising in the water environment, with a particular focus on flood risk (hydrology and hydraulic modelling), EIA and masterplanning. Andy specialises in high profile and complex schemes for a wide range of clients including developers, government, investors, and local authorities.
Andy has been the water environment lead for a range of residential and DCO infrastructure schemes including linear infrastructure, solar parks, carbon capture and hydrogen generation, along with two of the worlds largest data centers in Finland.
In addition to flood risk, Andy leads schemes that include river restoration, water quality and quantity, geomorphology and WFD assessments.
