With over 30 years’ experience in engineering and regeneration, Dave brings a depth of knowledge and understanding to projects.
Over the last 15 years Dave has specialised in bringing industrial sites with failing industries with incumbent occupiers back to use. He also has experience in enabling large scale residential and mixed-use projects, managing the design and delivery of strategic infrastructure to enable sites.
Dave’s key skills lie in the understanding of the planning and regeneration process, following extensive experience of working with the private and public sectors, enabling value to be added due to his commercial awareness and an understanding of key drivers.
