James Whitton
James is an Associate based in the Leeds office with over 14 years’ experience providing transport and highway advice for private sector clients on retail, residential, leisure, education, commercial and mixed-use developments. These have included urban and rural housing schemes, food superstores, and brownfield redevelopment projects across the country.
James oversees production of early-stage feasibility studies, Travel Planning, Transport Assessments, highway capacity modelling and masterplan development and has extensive experience of representing clients at public consultations. He also has undertaken written representation, and informal hearing appeals.
