Josse is a highways engineer with over seven years’ experience delivering active travel and placemaking projects across the UK. He has worked on a diverse range of schemes including greenways, LCWIP routes, school streets, and town centre improvements—developing designs from early concept through to detailed design and construction. His work focuses on creating inclusive, accessible environments that prioritise walking and cycling.

Before joining PJA, Josse worked as an engineer, contributing to projects in both urban and rural settings. He supported successful funding bids, developed strategic route assessments, and delivered training on LTN 1/20 cycling infrastructure design.
