Justine Seager
Justine is an Active Travel Consultant in the London office specialising in strategic and business case work. She has worked on a number of high-level costing exercises for rural cycle networks and scheme appraisals as well as sustainable transport masterplans and strategies for borough, district or town-wide areas. With a background in Economics and academic research, she is experienced in many different forms of data analysis and is progressing towards chartership in both business case and town planning.
