Luke is a Principal Transport Planner with 10 years’ experience across both public and private sectors, and is based in our Birmingham office.  Luke has a wide range of experience across transport planning disciplines and modes including highways, rail, metro, bus and active travel.  Luke has worked on a number of successful funding bids including Active Travel Fund, CRSTS, Levelling Up and Towns Fund applications, as well as many other business cases, economic and financial appraisals and evaluations.  Luke is knowledgeable in in DfT Transport Analysis Guidance, WelTAG and HM Treasury Green Book, and is passionate in understanding the links between transport and land-use planning, modelling and design principles.
