Oli Gladstone is a highways engineer with over 7 years’ experience working on active travel and placemaking projects across the UK. Oli predominantly works on high quality walking and cycling infrastructure design. His focus as a designer is to create places that feel accessible to everyone, specialising in inclusive design and co-design. Prior to PJA Oli was a senior engineer at Sustrans, where he worked on a range of cycle routes, networks and community led projects. Oli has worked on Low Traffic Neighbourhoods in Tower Hamlets and Edinburgh, several TfL Quietway routes, Greenways in Sussex and Buckinghamshire and award-winning Ripple Greenway, a community led and designed linear park in Barking and Dagenham.
