Oliver Donnelly
Oliver joined PJA in 2025 after graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Urban Planning, where his dissertation focused on stakeholder decision-making in the development of active travel schemes. Based in the Manchester office, he is part of the transport planning team.
Prior to joining PJA, Oliver spent a year at a private consultancy, where he supported a wide range of private sector projects including residential, roadside, and leisure developments, alongside contributing to a public sector active travel scheme. His experience includes preparing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and other technical documentation for a broad range of clients.
