Ralph Hitchman
Ralph is a place-based Transport Planner providing technical advice to public sector clients for over 17 years, focussing on roadspace reallocation and pedestrian movement. He helps our clients design, manage and deliver multi-modal streets and placemaking projects which enable growth in pedestrian footfall, cycle traffic and bus priority.
Ralph leads project delivery from start to finish. His expertise adds value at all stages of our local authority clients’ project lifecycles: from defining outcomes, planning concepts, technical design, construction, handover, and adoption.
