Stuart Russell
Stuart is a HNC qualified civil engineer with over 12 years’ experience within civil engineering consultancies. His background is predominantly within residential development infrastructure, with strong experience on Section 38, 104, and 278 works as well as related work packages such as detailed plots designs, cut and fill exercises and land drainage consents, taking sites across England from feasibility to construction.
Stuart also has previous experience working within a river engineering team, supporting flood risk assessments, flood compensation modelling and watercourse engineering schemes such as lock gate refurbishments, fish passes and erosion protection. Stuart is an EngTech member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
