Tom is an Associate Civil Engineer based in our Birmingham office, with over 11 years of experience delivering infrastructure design across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and education developments.

Tom has extensive experience in the design and coordination of highways, drainage, on-plot external works, and earthworks cut-and-fill solutions, covering both on-site and off-site infrastructure works. His expertise encompasses both private and adoptable infrastructure, and he has successfully secured statutory approvals from adopting authorities, including Section 104, Section 106, Section 38, and Section 278 agreements.

Throughout his career, Tom has contributed to projects of varying scale and complexity, providing practical and commercially focused engineering solutions from concept design through to construction.

A Graduate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (GMICE), Tom is currently working towards achieving Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
