The ‘Dutch-style’ roundabout at Fendon Road in Cambridgeshire is the first of its kind in the UK. Watch PJA Chairman, Phil Jones, as he explains how it works and tests it out.
The roundabout is designed to encourage motorists to drive at a slower speed, with a central over-run area allowing larger vehicles to manoeuvre around the roundabout.
